By clicking on the "Submit" button below, I hereby consent to Bank Of China Limited, Singapore Branch ("BOC") collecting, using and/or disclosing my personal data for the purpose of applying BOC Credit Card (the "Purpose") and I further consent BOC to contact me via phone call, SMS and/or email regarding my BOC Credit Card application.

I acknowledge, agree and consent that BOC is permitted to disclose my personal data to such third parties (whether located within or outside Singapore) for the above Purpose and for the said third parties to subsequently collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data for or more of the above Purpose. Such third parties include:

a) BOC's head office, associated or affiliated organisations or related corporations;

b) any of BOC's agents, contractors or third party service providers that process or will be processing my personal data on BOC's behalf including but not limited to those which provide administrative or other services to BOC such as mailing houses, telecommunication companies, information technology companies and data centres; and

c) third parties to whom disclosure by BOC is for the Purpose and such third parties would in turn be collecting and processing my personal data for the Purpose.

I agree to inform BOC if there is any change in any of the details I have provided to BOC in this application. I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to inform and update BOC of any changes to my personal data. I hereby agree to indemnify and absolve BOC of any liability arising out of any use and/or disclosure by BOC of any inaccurate or incomplete information due to my failure to update BOC promptly of any changes to my personal data.
